Billing & Refunds

What gets charged, and when

• Entry fee, $9, charged at signup. Free after a clean finish or when a pledge covers you.
• Penalties, only if you report a slip or miss a check-in, at the slip cost you chose. Batched onto one charge when your tab reaches $20, weekly, or at the end of the challenge. Your statement shows PR0NTAX PENALTIES.
• Pledges, only if the person you backed finishes 30 days clean. Otherwise never.

Refunds

• Entry fee: fully refundable until your cohort starts on Monday. Message the coach.
• Penalties: not refundable. They are the product working. If you believe a penalty was recorded in error (for example a check-in that never reached you), message the coach within 7 days and we will review the delivery logs and reverse it if so.
• Pledges: charged only on a verified clean finish. If you believe a pledge was charged in error, contact us within 7 days.

Declined cards

If a penalty charge fails, your challenge continues and the tab waits. Update your card with /card. We retry automatically.

Disputes

Please message us before disputing a charge with your bank. Every penalty is tied to a check-in you answered or ignored, with timestamps, and we will show you the record.
